During this class, you’ll be provided with a list of fundamental materials, tips on workspace setup, and advice on safety measures for cutting and grinding glass. You will be able to choose from a list of patterns to start, with room for advancement. Some of the demanding skills covered include pattern transferring, copper foiling, soldering, embellishment techniques, and waxing. Already know how to make stained glass? Come join us for open studio. Must take a beginner stained glass before being allowed to use open studio time. Open studio is independent work time. Instructors will not always be readily available. Studio Time - $5 an hour + materials used Glass priced at store accordingly Solder - $30 a pound or $2.5 per oz Foil = $12 a roll or $1.50 per yard Flux & Patina Free Chain $5 ½ yard.
